FRAUD ALERT: Golden Empire Equipment, CA

Golden Empire Equipment is presenting itself as a dealership in California selling used John Deere, CaseIH, Kubota and many other brands of equipment. Their address is also being used by other companies based on web searches and the street view of their business address on their website doesn’t match the photos on their site. The business owner on the website and the registered owner on the business records also do not match.

We have alerted you to similar scams by companies in the past years and this is another chapter. The amount of equipment being sold on auction is high. That allows individuals of all motivations to have access to photos and machine specifics that could be used to list and “sell” online. Whether it is you or your customers, please be cautions and keep an eye out for any fraud activity. If it is too good to be true is likely is.
