The Winter Artisan Market, co-sponsored by The Sonoran Arts League and The Holland Center, will take place on Dec. 3 & 4, and is a great opportunity for artists to make holiday gifts available to their customers. It will take place at the Holland Center, 34250 N. 60th St., Scottsdale, and there is plenty of room indoors or outdoors.
