FROM AROUND THE STATE: Iowa murder trial begins 42 years after killing. A jury will soon hear the case of a woman killed more than 42 years ago after investigators say she went on a date and never came home. Terri Rae McCauley disappeared on Sept. 26, 1983, after telling friends she was going on a date. Ten days later, her body was found in a wooded area that is now known as 33rd Street off Floyd Boulevard in Sioux City.
